I have been working in and around coffee for 20+ years now, and I am still amazed at the things I learn on a daily basis! From picking coffee on a farm in Honduras, to serving that same coffee to customers in Napa, CA... my coffee path has connected me to some of the best people in the industry. I love to share what I have learned along my coffee journey, and help people discover something new about a beverage that many take for granted.
I will be rolling out a number of coffee class offerings...
Coffee Origins: Honduras (1 hour) 12/22/24 1pm-2pm
I have been fortunate enough to visit a beautiful place where coffee gets its start... from planting and picking, to processing the coffee cherry into the green "bean" ready to export... each coffee has a story and a farm/farmer that allows you to have your morning brew. Join me as I talk a bit about my experience visiting Honduras, and the privilege of spending time with coffees that now sit on the shelf in my Vallejo coffee gallery. You get a coffee to sip on with your ticket!
Coffee Intro: Drinking & Brewing (1 hour) 1/12/25 1pm-2pm
This will be a fun class to learn some basics and ask ANY questions! We will go over a general description of brewing techniques, and types of coffee drinks... as well as tips on how to best navigating enjoying them! This will happen in the TBD Showroom downtown Vallejo. Limit 10 people
Private Coffee Class (1:30 hour)

This 90 min class will be structured to meet your specific interests and give insights about how to brew, drink, and enjoy the coffee you make!
