It's staying light later and we are loving that for Vallejo Art Walk. We are open ALL day on Friday, April 10th, starting at 10am and hanging out with the community for Art Walk which goes from 5pm-9pm.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our TBD/LYM Chinese New Year celebration last month. It was a packed house! We're inviting everyone back for Mahjong Night on Saturday, April 11th, to practice what they learned or pick up a game with the OGs. No ticket is required, but donations are welcome to keep free events like this going throughout the year.

Last month, Modal Alchemy led us through a special Soundscape Tea Ceremony at TBD, and we are so excited to continue this special weekday offering. Please reserve your spot on her website for Wednesday, April 15th.

Celebrate Earth Day at the Earth Daze event in downtown Vallejo on Saturday, April 25th from 10am-4pm! TBD invites the community to reconnect with nature — not just as a theme, but as the medium itself. We'll be sharing our handmade watercolor pigments sourced directly from the earth: coffee, beets, turmeric, and clay. For the day-of activity, participants will have the opportunity to paint with these hand-crafted colors and create original artwork while learning where each hue comes from. We are so lucky to have local artist Kris Goodie join us and teach us a little about the watercolor medium.

If you want to road trip with us after Earth Daze on Saturday, April 25th, you can drive out to Napa and end your evening with some wine and amazing live music by Micah and some friends at Blackbird Vineyards. It's sure to be a good time!

And since we love wrapping events and then heading to the airport, we'll be packing up the guitar and heading to Hawaii the next day for a short family vacation :) So we'll miss you all at Coffee + Collage at Autonomous Gallery, but there will still be coffee and most definitely be collaging on Sunday, April 26th at AG.

We are so grateful to the community that continues to show up for us near (and far)! Every event you attend, every ceramic piece you order or purchase, and every warm hug on a Saturday morning--it truly keeps us going. Thank you for being on this journey with us, and we look forward to enjoying these warmer and longer days and evenings with all of you.  ✨
